What data and why
We process the data you provide when contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail (name, company, contact details, content of your enquiry) to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and fulfil orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), issue accounting documents (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and establish or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and our cooperation, and accounting documents for the period required by tax law.
Recipients
Data may be received by our service providers: web hosting, e-mail, accounting, courier companies. When you use WhatsApp, you also share data with Meta under that service's terms.
